Allright, I'm not happy. For one, this didn't even show up on my devwatch and secondly, why is there only one comment? I think this piece is excellent, I love the symbolism of the mosquito also being trapped in the x-ray and how its still trying to suck the little boy/girl/whatever.
Very interesting, this deserves more attention goddamnit.

I saw the piece differently from lunaizar, personally it reminded me -especially the color choice- of the bugs caught in amber.
Like a kind of statement on the brain being this frozen unused element which can turn into something as beautiful as a jewel.
But that's just me *drools*
Love the color tone here and textured look, the bugs could represent many things for different people, for me it represents death and a part of myself that has not been dicovered are brought to life.Love your work.Craig
